The 2000-01 RHL season has come to a close. And once again, the Ice Pimps have claimed the Willie O'Ree Memorial Trophy. The Ice Pimps "turned out" nine competitors en route to their second straight Willie O'Ree, posting an RHL record 2151.8 points for the season. It's the Ice Pimps third championship in four years and their fourth overall.

"We win championships," said Ice Pimps GM Michael Dell. "It's what we do. No big thing. I mean, you don't congratulate the sky for being blue or the grass for being green.

"So what if we're like way better than everyone else in the league?" continued a humble Dell. "Who cares if we're so dominant we make all other RHL teams look like frightened little school girls? You're not gonna hear me talking trash about how the Ice Pimps end the season early and force everyone else to play for second place. It's not what the Ice Pimps are about. I don't have to tell the Wonder Chimps they suck. Hell, the Slippery Robitailles know they're pathetic. But you'll never hear the Ice Pimps say it. Because we check our negativity at the door. It's all about staying positive, people. Now if you'll excuse me I have a limousine full of hookers and booze waiting for me out back."

In a related story, Independent George claimed their first ever Jar of Spit. It's nice to see that their incompetence has finally been rewarded.
